Dear Guests,
We want to provide you with a comfortable and flawless stay in our accommodation and put great effort into ensuring this. By making a booking, you accept our house rules, which are an integral part of the rental agreement.

House Rules

Use of Amenities
All items in the holiday home may be used by guests. However, the use of the washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning is subject to an additional charge. Please refer to the guest information booklet for details. We kindly ask you to handle the furnishings with care.

Slippers
We appreciate it if you wear slippers indoors and leave your outdoor shoes in the entrance area. Indoor furniture must not be moved or taken outside.

Towels & Pool
House towels must not be taken to the pool.

Electronic Devices
Changes to the settings of electronic devices are only allowed after consulting the landlord. Bringing and using personal electrical appliances such as heaters, hairdryers, or kettles is not permitted.

Cleaning & Tidiness
You are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during your stay. This is not covered by the final cleaning. Cleaning supplies are provided. A starter set of consumables, such as toilet paper, is available.

Smoking
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Please use the terrace or garden for smoking and dispose of cigarette butts in the general waste bin.

Ventilation
Please ensure regular ventilation of the rooms to prevent mold formation and unpleasant odors.

Responsibility
During the rental period, you are responsible for the holiday home. Always lock all doors when leaving the accommodation and take the key with you. The landlord is not liable for burglary or theft.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours must be observed from 
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Kitchen
Dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils must be cleaned, dried, and put away after use. Hot items should only be placed on tables or countertops with coasters. Please use cutting boards for food preparation. The oven and microwave must be left clean; baking paper is provided.

Terrace/Balcony
Seat cushions for garden furniture should be brought indoors overnight or in case of rain.

Parking
A parking space is reserved for you. Underground parking spaces can be rented before arrival if needed. The landlord is not liable for any damage to or loss of vehicles and their contents.

Waste Disposal
Please separate waste properly into general waste, organic waste, paper, and plastic. Appropriate bins are located outside. Food scraps, waste, or hygiene products must not be disposed of in the toilet or other drains.

Departure
Please leave the holiday home in an orderly condition: Empty and wipe down the refrigerator Clean and put away dishes Dispose of leftover food Clean the oven, grill, or microwave if necessary Turn off all electrical appliances Dispose of waste in the designated bins Sweep the floors before leaving

Pets
Bringing pets is only allowed with prior agreement and written confirmation. Pets are only permitted in holiday apartments 
No 1, No 2, and No 3. A surcharge applies according to the price list.

Number of Guests
The apartment may only be occupied by the registered number of guests.

Liability
The use of sports and play equipment, the pool, and the sauna is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. The landlord assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a pleasant stay!
