Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the rental contract, the tenant is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time up to the day of arrival and is calculated as follows: up to 42 days before the day of arrival no cancellation costs up to 1 month before the day of arrival 50% of the agreed rental price, up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival 80% of the agreed rental price up to 1 week before the day of arrival 90% of the agreed rental price from 6 days before the day of arrival or in the event of no-show 100% of the agreed rental price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the landlord:

In the event of cancellation on our part, as a result of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. accident or illness of the host or other circumstances beyond our control which make fulfilment impossible), liability is limited to reimbursement of the costs. In the event of justified cancellation, the customer is not entitled to compensation - no liability is assumed for travel and hotel costs. The landlord may withdraw from the contract after the start of the rental period without notice if the tenant continues to disturb other tenants despite a warning or behaves in a manner contrary to the contract to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the rental contract is justified.
