House rules

Dear guests, we want to offer you a carefree and impeccable stay with our accommodation, and we always make every effort to do so. By booking, you accept our house rules, which are always part of the rental agreement.

House Rules: All items in the holiday home may be used by the tenant. The use of the washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning is subject to a fee. Please refer to the guest folder for details. We ask that you treat the facilities with care.

Slippers: We welcome you to wear slippers and remove your outdoor shoes in the entrance area. Indoor furniture may not be taken outside or moved.

Towels and Pool: The hotel's own towels may not be taken to the pool.

Electronic Devices: Changes to the settings of electronic devices may only be made after consultation with the landlord. Bringing and using your own electrical devices such as fan heaters, hairdryers, or kettles is prohibited.

Cleaning and Cleanliness: Cleanliness during your stay is your responsibility and is not covered by the final cleaning. Cleaning supplies are provided. An initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper is provided.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Please use the terrace or garden for smoking and dispose of cigarette butts in the general waste.

VentilationPlease ensure that the rooms are adequately ventilated on a regular basis to prevent the formation of mold and unpleasant odors.

Responsibility: During the rental period, you are responsible for the holiday property. Please lock all doors when leaving the property and take the front door key with you. The landlord is not liable for burglary or theft.

Rest periodsRest periods must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Kitchen: Dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils must be returned clean and dry. Hot items may only be placed on tables or countertops using trivets. Please use cutting boards for cutting food. Ovens and microwaves must be left clean; baking paper is provided.

Terrace/Balcony Seat cushions from garden furniture must be brought into the apartment overnight or during rainy weather.

Parking: A parking space is reserved for you. If required, underground parking spaces can be rented prior to arrival. The landlord assumes no liability for damage or loss of vehicles and their contents.

Waste disposal: Please carefully separate waste into residual waste, organic waste, paper, and plastic. Appropriate containers are located outside. Food scraps, waste, or hygiene products must not be disposed of down the toilet or other drains. Upon departure, please leave the holiday home in a tidy condition: Empty and wipe down the refrigerator. Clean and put away dishes. Dispose of food scraps. Clean the oven, grill, or microwave as needed. Turn off electrical appliances and dispose of waste in the designated containers. Return the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

Pets: Pets are only allowed after prior arrangement and written confirmation, and are only allowed in the holiday apartments "No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3." A surcharge will be charged according to the price list.

Number of peopleThe holiday apartment may only be occupied by the number of people registered.

Liability: The use of sports and play equipment, the pool, and the sauna is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. The landlord assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage.

Prohibitions

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a €250 fine plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. See also our General Terms and Conditions, Section 12.
