These quietly located guesthouses and holiday apartments are located in Rhede, just 50 meters and 700 to 900 meters from the town center, respectively. A crib and highchair are available for all apartments. Please feel free to let us know of any bedding requests, including those for allergy sufferers, prior to arrival. Public parking is available. Two underground parking spaces are available for the apartment in the center of Rhede, on Hardtstraße.

The charming little town of Rhede is often called "The Smile of Münsterland." With its lush greenery and lively atmosphere, it brings a smile to its visitors' faces. Located between Bocholt and Borken, Rhede offers not only its own attractions but also many attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area. Whether on foot or by bike, the diverse landscape between the Netherlands and the Lower Rhine is worth exploring.

Numerous historic buildings in the city center invite you to explore. The townscape is dominated by the imposing St. Gudula Church. Numerous restaurants and cafés surround the church, offering outdoor seating, especially in fine weather. The shopping street invites you to take a leisurely stroll through the town's shops. In bad weather, the Medicine and Pharmacy Museum is a popular destination.

The year is marked by events such as "May Sunday," the "Rhede Fair," and "Rhede's Winter Fairytale with Moonlight Stroll" in the cozy town center. A visit to the picturesque Rhede Castle, located just a few meters from the town center, is also a must.

The Borken district offers a charming landscape with opportunities for peace and relaxation, attractive towns, and buildings of cultural and historical interest, including numerous castles and manor houses surrounded by magnificent parks. The region is ideal for exploring by bike on signposted cycle paths or freely chosen routes. Local restaurants invite you to enjoy a savory or sweet treat along the way.

The Borken district is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Netherlands. With a shared border of 108 kilometers, there are many interesting destinations in the neighboring country, such as the attractive city center of Enschede or the weekly market in Winterswijk. For spontaneous cyclists, the Borken district offers countless options: circular tours, themed routes, or rides on small "Pättkes" (small bicycle paths) can be combined as desired into day or multi-day tours. The "Fietsenbus" (bicycle bus) conveniently extends your range: During the cycling season from May 1 to October 3, several bus lines are equipped with bicycle trailers on Sundays and public holidays.
